On Friday 21st November 2014 the 1981 built General Cargo Ship AYHAN ATASOY as AL MARWA arrived at Mumbai, India for demolition after she was sold for $ 897,768.

She was in Spain at S.A. Juliana Constructora Gijonesa in Gijon as yard number 268 as the reefer vessel ESQUIMAL. Then she changed her names to FRIGO TENERIFE trading until 1986; FROST EXPRESS trading until 1989; ETALON until October 1990 and FRIO ESPANA until May 2006. In 2006 cranes were removed and converted to general cargo of which it was reported that she was detained at Izmir, Turkey and traded as AYHAN ATASOY until July 2011. She was sold again and traded as NABIL H until August 2014 and finally as AL MARWA with Togo (TGO) Flag owned by Sea Star Marine Services LLC, UAE and was sold for demolition in November 2014.
