On Sunday 8th March 2020 the 16 year old Iranian (IRN) flag and owned container ship ARTENOS was spotted underway 37.5 nautical miles off Malta heading to Bulgaria at 0015 hrs.
She was built in Germany by Nordic Shipyards at Wismar as IRAN FARS in 2004 trading until March 2009. She used to call at Malta Freeport frequently.
From March 2009 until January 2011 she was trading as SEWAK still with the same company and she used to call at Malta Freeport frequently.
And from December 2012 she was renamed as ARTENOS from SALIS ( Trading from January 2011 to December 2012).
