One of the former bunkering tankers operating in the Maltese Waters/Outside Territorial Waters was the 1974 built chemical/oil products tanker SANTA TEREZA.
She was built in Norway at Vaagen Verft Engineering at Kyrkesaeterora as BRAGD trading until 1987 and SARA THERESA until April 2004 where she was sold to Falzon Service Station Ltd (FSSL) and renamed SANTA TEREZA.
In September 2008 she was spotted at Perama Shipyard, Greece. She traded from April 2004 until February 2014 until she was sold again. It is reported that earlier this year she was broken up.
