High Speed Craft News – SAN GWANN – 29.10.2019

The 2001 built High Speed Craft SAN GWANN was seen heading to West Africa off to the Cape Verde Islands while she’s chartered though she retains her name and still homeported at Valletta, at Malta (MLT).

She left Algeciras on Saturday 26th October, 2019 and has been repainted with the legend CNV Interilhas livery – https://www.cvinterilhas.cv/fleet

Originally owned by Virtu Ferries, Malta SAN GWANN is one of the fastest ferries in the world propelled by 4 engines with a cruising speed of up to 40 knots. She has a passenger capacity of 427 and can hold up to 22 cars in the garage. On board interior is modern and comfortable throughout with 2 air conditioned lounges a spacious bar and tax free shopping. She was built by Kvaerner Fjellstrand AS at Omastrand in Norway.
