BAHR ESSALAM FIELD Movements – SKANDI HERA at Malta.
The 2009 built NOR flag multi purpose offshore vessel SKANDI HERA was seen leaving Valletta, Malta during the dusk period of Christmas Eve 2017 after she entered for mobilizing at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH). She’s the former OLYMPIC HERA and homeported at Fosnavaag, Norway.
The SKANDI HERA measures 93.8 metres long, 23 metres wide and 10 metres from main deck to keel, and performs anchor handling, supply, subsea and construction operations. The bollard pull is approximately 260 tonnes.
